January, 2018 Meeting:

Wayne Scott Farley
This month's meeting will feature music by Wayne Scott Farley. His talent with the guitar has been featured at past FAAS events. Always enjoyable to hear his amazing guitar playing and song writing abilities.

There will also be the annual nominations and voting for the FAAS officers. January 10th, 7:00 PM. Forks Township, Municipal Building, 1606 Sullivan Trail, Easton, PA 18040.

Wayne's Bio:Wayne Scott Farley has been a professional guitarist, writer, and performer since 1975. His career has taken him around the world as lead guitarist for many Contemporary Christian artists and bands (Found Free, Glad, James Ward, Carman, David Meece) and has carved out a niche not only on the electric guitar, but also on 12-string acoustic guitars. His finger styling is unusual; in that it enables him to voice a number of parts at the same time, resulting in a particularly full sound that is as surprising as it is dynamic.

Wayne resides in Easton, PA with his wife and two children. He is musical director for First Baptist Church in Bethlehem, and keeps quite busy with his recording studio, writing, and producing.
